Flow (Latvian Cat Animation Movie)

This 2024 animation movie is probably the most known Latvian cultural export for the last couple decades.

It is called "Flow", it is a story about a cat who lives as the world collapses and finds friends.

There is no dialog except the sounds recorded from movie sound engineer cat and other animals.

Back Fist

I have updated back first video with another example of use, and student videos from the last class.

I plan to keep working on back fist as a tool to develop rotational and ripple (closing) power, and show our class progress from beginning to accomplished.

I also plan to make video more refined for later versions, so everybody enjoys seeing themselves in graceful and powerful movement!
