I have updated back first video with another example of use, and student videos from the last class.

I plan to keep working on back fist as a tool to develop rotational and ripple (closing) power, and show our class progress from beginning to accomplished.

I also plan to make video more refined for later versions, so everybody enjoys seeing themselves in graceful and powerful movement!
